J & C Engineering is a South Korea-based manufacturer of customized exhaust system
manufacturing machines and automated assembly lines that produce mufflers, exhaust pipes
and systems. Under the leadership of Jaehyun Kim, CEO of J & C Engineering, with several
decades of experience since 1991 in robot programming and machine designs in the
automotive industry, J & C Engineering provides machinery and assemble line solutions from
design development through to manufacturing equipment.
J & C Engineering boasts its flexibility to design machines and lines to produce small or mass
production volume of automotive parts and components, depending on clients’ projects.
Recognized a young but technically advanced company, J & C Engineering has been awarded
multiple projects by global tier 1 and tier 2 companies such as Faurecia, Sejung Tube, and has successfully provided machine and line solutions since its inception in 2014.
J & C Engineering’s successes are driven from our experience and understanding of many
different types of materials, shapes and welding requirements of exhaust systems. We
understand the clients’ needs to produce different types of tubes, pipes and catalytic systems

robotic welding lines.

Systems built by J&C are versatile and can select the best tool — whether manual or fully automated, robotic or hard tooled – depending on the customer application and how best to maximize production.
Tooling, end-effectors, and programming is modularized for quick changeovers, and often this is automated to minimize downtime. All J&C ENG auto parts manufacturing machines are designed, built and certified to the customer’s local health and safety, environmental, and electrical regulations. All components, build standards, documentation, and drawings are supplied in accordance to customer specification to realize minimum possible service and maintenance downtime.
