technology is more widely adopted by these automotive muffler manufacturers worldwide. All J&C Eng’s double headed seaming machines are servo based.
The J&C ENG End Cap Seaming Machine has been designed to produce a variety of profiles of muffler cases including round, oval and even irregular shape depending on customers’ needs.
The J&C ENG End Cap Seaming Machine, horizontal type, is powered by hydraulic cylinders.
The End Cap Seaming Machine makes two seams at the two ends of each case by mechanically seaming the cases and the two end baffles together into one body at the same time.
