Muffler Case Flange-Up Machine

J & C Eng’s flange-up machines are customized for muffler cases’ flanging process. This vertical type of flange-up machine line has a piercing station, which pierces and deburrs simultaneously in order to save the cycle time. Our high precision machines are based on our technical expertise of excellent tool and clamp designs and decades of experience with resonator manufacturing machine lines. All our machines are used to make many types of muffler shell shapes such as round, oval, rectangular or triangular.
